The registration for IEEE ISGT Europe 2011 conference is organized by ConferCare in order to provide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Please see our terms and conditions below.

Full Delegate Pass
(Applies to IEEE / IET members and non members as well as students, see above for fees. Please click here to join IEEE and receive the IEEE member discount.)

The registration fee for the IEEE ISGT Europe 2011 conference entitles delegates to:

  • attend the conference sessions and to participate in the discussions (additional fee applies for morning tutorials on Monday 5th December 2011
  • receive a USB memory stick, including all papers presented during the technical sessions
  • attend the Welcome Reception in Manchester Museum of Science and Industry
  • attend the Formal Dinner at the Midland Hotel
  • receive a delegate list
  • receive the conference bag with individual kit, handed out upon arrival at the conference
  • daily refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks
  • daily lunches during the conference served in the exhibition area

Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellations received before 31st October will receive a full refund less a £50 admin charge. After this date, there will be no refund, but substitutions will be accepted if written notification is received.
  • Booking requests will be confirmed only when forms AND payment have been received.
  • We reserve the right to alter the advertised conference programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please be aware that if a letter is required for the purposes of obtaining a Visa for entry to the UK, this can only be provided once you have registered and completed payment.
